We are currently monitored by two different providers, this enables us to give you very accurate figures on our uptime and overall time available to the rest of the internet, we feel this is important to all of our current customers and potential new customers also. We are in a business full of promises and we want to allow our customers to see our information very easily.

Pingdom tracks the following for us;

• Uptime Statistics (If it goes down it notify's us within minutes).
• Response Rate (Most trackers based in the US hence higher response times).
• Breakdown of Hourly, Daily or Monthly views.

Siteuptime

• Uptime Statistics (Likewise as above, if we go down it notify's us right away).
• Average Response Rate (Monthly view only)
• Breakdown of Monthly outages / availability.
