4 Hour SLA

Once we submit a ticket for an issue, we have a 4 hour SLA for a response. This allows us to provide you excellent support if we cannot resolve the issue ourselves.

Our SLA is a guaranteed 99.7% this includes server maintenance as required.

Softaculous allows you to complete installations of commonly used applications within a few clicks, no technical experience required.

All ASDL packages are on a 30 day rolling contract, Fibre and Line rental are provided under an 18 month agreement. Full terms and conditions will be sent once we have your full address and can complete a line check.
